Our batter has been subjected to freezing, all stages of thawing and re-freezing, with no degradation of quality. After baking, freezing is cool!
Bake in traditional loaf pan, or bundt pan. Make muffins, muffin tops, even sheet-pan banana bread. Eat it plain, or top with fruit, nuts, ice cream, whipped cream, or all of the above. If you're over 21, splash a bit of Kahlua, coconut rum or other yummy liquor over the finished product, pile on the toppings, then be sure to invite Mike and Mary to the party. |
